Think . . .the Power of 3
 
Whether it is looking for new representatives or customers, one way is the Power of 3.  If you talk to 3 people a day for 5 days, that's 15 potential new people. . . that would be 60 in a month. . .that would be 720 in a year.  Because the rule of thumb is you will talk to 10 people for 1 recruit and you will talk to 20 recruits for 1 Unit Leader, you need to use the Power of 3.  It makes a difference.

UNIT LEADER
 
5 Active Recruits in your Unit at all times
Maintain $250 in Personal Sales each campaign
Maintain Total Unit Sales (including your own) of $1,200 each campaign
 
ADVANCED UNIT LEADER
 
12 Active Recruits - 2 Active Unit Leaders in your Unit at all times
Maintain $300 in Personal Sales each campaign
Maintain Total Unit Sales (including your own) of $4,000 each campaign.
 
EXECUTIVE UNIT LEADER
 
20 Active Recruits - 6 Active Unit Leaders in your Unit at all times
Maintain $350 in Personal Sales each campaign
Maintain Total Unit Sales (including your own) of $12,500 each campaign.
 
SENIOR EXECUTIVE UNIT LEADER
 
20 Active Recruits - 8 Active Unit Leaders and 2 Active Executive Unit Leaders
Maintain $400 in Personal Sales each campaign
Maintain Total Unit Sales (including your own) of $20,000 each campaign.
